Sports min. stresses Sisi's interest in youths

MINYA, Upper Egypt, Dec 2 (MENA) - Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhy stressed President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's keenness on supporting youths.

He made the remarks during a meeting Saturday with youths of the Upper Egypt governorate of Minya in the presence of Governor Qasem Hussein.

The minister congratulated Minya for ranking no 1 during the innovation festival of youth centers.

He said youth centers play a key role in social development.

Meanwhile, the Minya governor welcomed the minister's visit which came at an invitation from the governorate.

Hussein called for channeling more funds for developing youth centers in the governorate.
