All measures taken to guarantee safe, comfortable stay for Ahly players - diplomat

TUNIS, Nov 7 (MENA) - Egyptian Ambassador to Tunisia Nabil Habashi said on Wednesday all measures were taken, in coordination with the Tunisian authorities and Al Ahly sports club officials, to guarantee a comfortable and safe environment for the players ahead of their clash with ES Tunis on Friday.

Al Ahly team arrived in Tunis on Tuesday to face Esperance Sportive in the return leg of the CAF Champions League.

The ambassador said he has been in constant contact with al Ahly club officials to find what they need ahead of this important encounter.

Al Ahly defeated ES Tunis 3-1 in the first leg of CAF Champions League which was held at Alexandria's Borg el Arab stadium. (MENA)
