Al-Ahly faces Ittihad Jeddah on November 27

Cairo – 27 October 2018: Mohamed Morgan, the executive director of Al-Ahly Club, announced the date of his team's confrontation against Ittihad Jeddah in the Egyptian-Saudi Super Cup which will be on November 27th.

He added in his talks with Al-Ahly’s official website "We prepare a reception for the Saudi players and officials as well as their huge fans,"

"We want the game to come out in the best possible way, reflecting the strength of relationship between the two clubs," he said.

Al-Ahly’s president, Mahmoud el-Khatib revealed on Thursday that the Egyptian Football Association contacted him to prepare the meeting between the two clubs.

Zamalek, Egypt's Cup champion, played the Saudi-Egyptian Super Cup, under the name of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, against Al-Hilal, the Saudi champions, and managed to win 2-1.
