CAIRO – 24 June 2018: Egyptian players shined for the third day in the Mediterranean Games which takes place in Spain, Tarragona, Catalonia.
After reaping nine medals on Saturday; they added another six medals till now on Sunday including the Gold medal for Farida Osman.
Egyptian Swimmer, Farida Osman, grabs a Golden medal for Egypt, after winning the Silver medal on Saturday, in the 50 Butterfly Swimming in just 25:48 seconds.

The Mediterranean Games hosted by the Spanish city, Tarragona, and kicked off on Friday and will run until July 1.
Egypt participates in the 18th edition of the Mediterranean Games with 170 players (men & women), as stated by the Egyptian Olympic committee.
It is expected that Egypt will compete in 21 of the 33 sports in this edition of the competition; volleyball, beach volleyball/men, handball (Men & Women), bow and arrow, sail, canoe kayak, kayaking, judo, taekwondo, weightlifting, karate, swimming, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, athletics, archery, badminton, table tennis, equestrian, wrestling, and triathlon.
Here is the list of all the Egyptian winners on Sunday in the Mediterranean Games:
1- Ibrahim Mostafa won the Silver Medal for Egypt in Weightlifting of 69 KG.

2- Ahmed El-Asfar won the Silver Medal for Egypt in Karate of 87 KG.

3- Ahmed El-Masry won the Bronze Medal for Egypt in Karate of 84 KG.

4- Egyptian Shooter, Ahmed Kamar, won the Silver Medal for Egypt in Trap as he hits 46 out of 50.

5- Abdel Rahman Sameh won the Silver Medal for Egypt in 50m Butterfly swimming.

Saturday’s winners:
1- Malec Gomaa won the Bronze Medal in Karate, Under 60 KG.
2- Ahmed Saad won Two Golden Medal in Weightlifting in the 62 KG; both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk competitions.
3- Heba El-Saleh won the Bronze medal for Egypt in Weight lifting in the 48 KG competition.
4- Gianna Farouk won the Bronze Medal for Egypt in Karate in the 61 KG competition.
5- Areej Saeed won the first Bronze Medal for Egypt in Karate.
6- Afaf El-Hodhod won the Bronze Medal in the 10m Pistol Shooting.
7- Farida Osman, won a silver medal for Egypt on Saturday in the 100 m Butterfly Swimming
8- Marwan El-Kammash also won the Bronze medal in the 200m Freestyle.
