CAIRO – 10 June 2018: Egyptian football sponsor, Presentation, revealed the new jet to transport the Egyptian national team to the World Cup in Russia.
After the agreement with the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) and EgyptAir, the airline changed the design of the plane to suit the Egyptian national team, which is participating in the World Cup after a 28-year absence.

Presentation also unveiled Egypt's official Mascot for the 2018 World Cup. The company decided to make a special Mascot for the Egyptian national team for the World Cup inspired by the 'Nile Crocodile', in agreement with the Egyptian Football Association.
The mascot appeared officially during the last training session of the national team at the Cairo International Stadium.
The Pharaohs performed their last training session on Saturday night at Cairo International stadium in front of Egyptian fans. Egyptian players, including Mohamed Salah who arrived in Egypt to participate in the last training, greeted the attendance.
Egyptian fans extended their farewell greetings to the Egyptian squad and the coaching staff, assuring them that Egyptians will have their back at every moment of the World Cup.
Egypt’s chosen squad for the World Cup consists of:
Goalkeepers:
Essam el Hadary, Sherif Ekramy and Mohamed el Shennawy
Defenders:
Saad Samir, Ahmed Hegazi, Omar Gaber, Ali Gabr, Mohamed Abdel Shafy, Ayman Ashraf, Ahmed Fathy, Mahmoud Hamdy and Ahmed el Mohamady.
Midfielders:
Sam Morsy, Mohamed el Neny, Tarek Hamed, Abdullah el Said, Mahmoud Hassan known as Trezeguet, Amr Warda, Mahmoud Abdel Razek known as Shikabala and Ramadan Sobhy.
Strikers:
Mahmoud Abdel Monem known as Kahraba, Marwan Mohsen and Mohamed Salah.
Egypt plays in Group A alongside the South American giant, Uruguay; Arab rival, Saudi Arabia; and the host, Russia.
The Pharaohs will then meet Russia on June 19 at 8 p.m. before ending the group stage against Saudi Arabia on June 25 at 4 p.m.
