A sad story, Salah may miss World Cup

CAIRO – 26 May 2018: Mohamed Salah has become the sad story of the 2017/2018 UEFA Champions League final. Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool, had to leave Kiev’s pitch, when the first 30 minutes of the match had not yet elapsed. A controversial action with Sergio Ramos, captain of Real Madrid, ended the illusions and hopes of Salah and all of Liverpool.




Real Madrid defeated the Reds, Liverpool, 3-1 in the final game to clinch their 13th Champions League title and the third consecutive one.

A sad way for Salah's season to finish. It was shameful from Sergio Ramos who intentionally wrapped the Egyptian's arm and pushed him down on his shoulder.



As soon as the action occurred, the severity of the action could be seen. Salah tried to return to the field, but he lasted a short time on it before being substituted.




Salah took off from the field in tears. He lost the final, left his teammates alone and saw the World Cup in Russia endangered. Salah had to be one of the protagonists of the final and ended up crying and retiring early.




BBC reports that Salah had a shoulder dislocation. He could miss the World Cup.
