Salah wins another Player of the Season award

CAIRO – 13 May 2018: Mohamed Salah, the Egyptian Liverpool winger, won another award to be added to his historic record of the current season, as he won EA Sports Player of the Season.

The Premier League official website announced on Sunday that the sponsor of the league, EA Sports, has named Salah the Player of the Season 2017/18, after he has won PFA Player of the Year and FWA Player of the Year.

The Egyptian king has had a wonderful season with Liverpool; he is now the Premier League top scorer with 31 goals, scoring 43 goals in all competitions, which left him in need of only four goals to equalize the historic record of Ian Rush who scored the largest number of goals for Liverpool in a single season. Salah played a big role in leading Liverpool to the Champions League’s final after 11 years of absence.
