Karim Hafez ready to end the season

CAIRO – 29 April 2018: The Egyptian and RC Lens player Karim Hafez returns back to the pitch after suffering from an ankle injury in January.

“Karim Hafez is set to return to action for Lens, after the Egyptian fullback was sidelined with an ankle injury,” RC Lens manager Erik Sikora said on Kingfut website.

Hafez is on the list of players who will be participating on Monday’s game against Paris FC. This will be his first appearance after the injury.

RC Lens is ranked the 16th in the second vision of the French League with 37 points. Hafez hopes to continue participating until the end of the season so that he can book a seat in the Egyptian national team while playing in the 2018 World Cup.

Before the injury, Hafez scored two goals and created three assists in his last 17 league matches.

Karim Hafez, 22, joined the Belgian club Lierse in 2014 and was then loaned to RC Lens in 2017. He plays as a left back for both the club and the national team.
