Video: Salah surprises Liverpool youngster fans

CAIRO - 28 March 2018: Liverpool Football Club TV published on the club’s official website a charming video of Mohamed Salah surprising a number of youngsters at Anfield, in the latest edition of Kop Kids, in association with Joie Baby.

LFCTV chose 20 students from five local schools ranging from five to nine years old; the Red Neighbors program brought the kids to the stadium to participate in a commentary competition, telling them that the winner duo will have the chance to meet Mohamed Salah.

The kids started to comment on Liverpool’s match against Arsenal which ended with Liverpool’s victory 4- 0, and with the enthusiastic performance of the students Salah waited behind a poster for the right moment to surprise them, smashing the paper screen image of himself without any warning which stunningly reflected on the kids.


The Egyptian star is now one of the most beloved players for Liverpool fans; his popularity may have exceeded the ex-Liverpool strikers Luis Suarez and Fernando Torres’s popularity.

Salah is now the top scorer of the Premier League with 28 goals, and he’s now competing to win the golden boot, which is given to the top scorer of the European leagues in the same season.
