El Gouna to host Egypt Rally in May

CAIRO – 20 March 2018: Egypt Rally organizers announced that El Gouna will host the eight edition of Egypt Rally between May 10 and 12.

Egypt Rally was launched in 2010 by Bosla and has since turned into an annual event hosted by El Gouna. Egypt Rally follows the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) guidelines for safety and regulations.



El Gouna Rally will witness the participation of the 4x4 Challenge, which was introduced for the first time in Egypt at Sahl Hashish Rally 2017.

The rally is supported by the Red Sea governorate, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Environment, and the Automobile and Touring Club of Egypt, according to Rally Egypt’s official Facebook page.
