CAIRO – 17 March 2018: The official Twitter account of the English Premier League talked about Liverpool’s Egyptian star, Mohamed Salah, before his match against Watford, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, in the 31st round of the competition.
PL tweeted that Mo Salah has participated in 32 of the 68 goals scored for his team in the current edition of the tournament, which is 47.1% of Liverpool’s total goals.
The Egyptian striker scored 24 goals, which made him lead the top scorers list of the PL, alongside Tottenham Hotspurs striker Harry Kane, who scored the same number of goals. Salah also made eight assists for his teammates.
Salah is now preparing for another challenge in his European career, as he will lead Liverpool in the Champions League quarter-finals against Manchester City, which leads the Premier League with 81 points, while Liverpool is fourth with 60 points.

It is worth mentioning that Liverpool had destroyed Manchester City’s hopes of ending the Premier League season undefeated, as the only loss City faced came from Liverpool in the 23rd round of the tournament. That game ended 4-3, and Salah scored a splendid goal in that match with a long shot from midfield.
