Preview : Al-Ahly vs El-Dakhleya

CAIRO – 28 February 2018: El-Dakhleya hosts Al-Ahly on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. (CLT) in the Egyptian League at Petro Sport Stadium.

Al-Ahly manager Hossam el-Badry has an amazing record against El-Dakhleya, as he faced them four times and managed to achieve victory in all four games.

El-Dakhleya players hope to end their negative results, as they failed to achieve any victory in the last four games. They lost against Al-Assiouty, Arab Contractors and Al-Itiehad, while they ended their game against Ismaily with a draw.

Al-Ahly’s new signing, Mohamed Sherif, is expected to earn his debut with his club against El-Dakhleya to replace Al-Ahly’s attacking midfielders, Abdallah El Said and Ahmed Hamoudi, who will miss the game due to injury.

Badry hopes to count on both players against Gabon’s Mounana on March 6 in the first leg of the CAF Champions League round of 32.

Al-Ahly tops the Egyptian League with 69 points, while El Dakhleya is in the 12th position with 30 points.
