Zamalek meets Talaea el-Geish in Egyptian League

CAIRO – 27 February 2018: Second-placed Zamalek will host Talaea el-Gaish on Tuesday night at Cairo International Stadium in the 27th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Zamalek managed to reach second place with its new manager, Ehab Galal, after making a good winning record of five matches in row to reach 48 points out of 26 matches in the most important football tournament in Egypt, the Premier League. On the other hand, Talaea el-Gaish is in 11th place with 32 points after 26 matches.

Zamalek has the upper hand in the matches between the two teams, as Zamalek defeated el-Geish 6-1 in the 2014-2015 season, which ended with Zamalek winning the league that year, despite the last game between them ending in el-Gaish’s victory with one goal scored by Salah Amin and no reply.
