Inter Milan congratulates Egypt on anniversary of liberating Sinai

CAIRO – 25 April 2017: The seventh-placed in the Italian Seria A, Inter Milan, congratulated the Egyptian people on the 35th anniversary of liberation of Sinai, in a tweet published online via its official account on Twitter.

The tweet included a phrase written in Arabic which said "We congratulate the Egyptian people on the occasion of librating Sinai,” attached with a picture of the Milan’s skipper Mauro Icardi with the logo of the Egyptian Flag.

Liberation of the Sinai Peninsula is celebrated every year on April 25th which commemorates the withdrawal of the Israeli troops in 1982 attendant with the imagery of Egyptian soldiers holding the Egyptian flag aloft in victory

Inter Milan currently sits seventh in the Calcio's table with 56 points, hoping to bring its European championship verve back after a periodic slump.
