CAIRO – 20January 2018: Roberto Mancini has many dreams for his future as a manager. After confessing recently that he would like to win a World Cup as coach of Italy, the Italian national has offered to take the helm of another team.

Mancini, current coach of Zenit St. Petersburg, commented on his future projects in an interview for the French newspaper L'Équipe.

As well as from his interest in the Italian national team and AC Milan, the coach showed his admiration for Paris Saint Germain.

The former coach of Inter Milan and Manchester City did not miss the opportunity to make public his desire. "Yes, I would like to coach PSG," Mancini affirmed.

"Why not, if it is possible? They have a good coach [Emery], who is doing a good job, but in football, one single day can change everything,” he added.

The Italian also assured that he has "never, neither now nor before," negotiated with PSG. In 2013, when Carlo Ancelotti went from PSG to Real Madrid, Mancini seemed a good candidate to take his place.

"PSG are the best team in Ligue 1. They are also one of the best in the world. They have signed Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. They have a good chance of winning the Champions League now,” he said.

"Playing against Real Madrid is always difficult, but I think that they stand a good chance of doing it this year,” he added.

However, when Ancelotti left, the Parisian club opted for Laurent Blanc, and Mancini decided to take over Galatasaray.
