Al-Ahly handball team qualifies for Super Globe

CAIRO – 13 April 2017: The Ahly handball team beat defending champions Zamalek in the Africa Super Cup finale with a score of 29-23 on Wednesday, qualifiying for the International Handball Federation Super Globe in Qatar next September.

Ahly secured their victory after taking the lead 15-12 in the first half of the night in Morocco's Agadir.

In October, Ahly managed to claim the African Champions League title and qualify for the Africa Super Cup.
