Cuper wins Globe Soccer award for Best Coach of the Year

CAIRO – 29 December 2017: Hector Cuper, Egyptian National team`s head coach, was named the best coach among all Arab teams, according to the Globe Soccer awards.

Cuper was on the top of the list ahead of Tunisia`s coach Nabil Maaloul, Morocco`s coach Herve Renard and former Saudi Arabia`s coach Bert van Marvik.

Cuper led the Egyptian national team to the African Nations Cup final and the World Cup for the first time in 28 years.

The Globe Soccer awards are given out annually to the best footballers in the world, whether they are coaches, players or even club presidents and business associates.
