Adidas reveals Egypt’s 2018 World Cup kit

CAIRO – 6 November 2017: Adidas revealed the new jersey of Egypt’s national football team which will be worn in the upcoming 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The new Pharaohs’ jersey faced massive negative reactions and opinions over social media platforms once Adidas’s official website put the jersey up for sale. The shirt costs €89.95 (LE 1,839).

Adidas also announced the new World Cup kits for Germany, Colombia, Spain and Japan.

Egypt qualified to the 2018 World Cup after 28 years of absence. The last time Egypt qualified was in 1990 when Egypt left the tournament after the group stage.
