Youssef: Meteb is a great striker, has great value

CAIRO – 5 November 2017: Petrojet coach Mohamed Youssef is looking forward to signing striker Emad Meteb.

“Emad is a great striker and he has excellent value as a player and any coach would wish to sign him,” Youssef said on a radio program.

Mohammed Yousuf believes that Al Ahly is the closest to winning the Egyptian League title this season.

“I think Hossam Ghali has the right to return to the team and participate in the World Cup in Russia,” he added.

He concluded, “I see that Zamalek’s Abdullah Gomaa is the most prominent in the current period and Murtada Mansour will win Zamalek elections.”

Meteb played in the final of the African Champions League against Wydad Casablanca on Saturday. The game ended 1-0 for Wydad, but the 34-year-old did not play much with the Red team recently.

On the other hand, Abdullah Gomaa joined Zamalek at the start of the current season from Enppi.
