CAIRO – 3 November 2017: Arsenal qualified for the round of 32 of the Europa League despite a goalless draw with Serbian club Red Star Belgrade. Mohamed Elneny played the full match.

Elneny proceeded with setting up Theo Walcott inside the penalty area. The latter then passed to Olivier Giroud, whose effort went wide.

In the 48th minute, the Egypt international set up Giroud outside the box; however, the latter’s effort went off target.

The game’s most dangerous chance then fell to Jack Wilshere, but his close-range shot was cleared off the line by Damien Le Tallec.

Ten minutes before the final wistle, Elneny sent a smart cross to Theo Walcott, who hesitated, only to miss another chance for the Gunners.

Despite the draw, Arsenal booked their spot in the knockout stages with two games to spare, as they now top Group H with 10 points. They’ll face FC Koln on November 23 and BATE Borisov on December 7.
