CAIRO – 03 November 2017: On Friday evening, Zamalek hosts Petrojet at 06:00 p.m. Cairo Local Time in the eighth round of the Egyptian Premier League at Cairo stadium.

Zamalek is fifth in the table with 12 points after seven matches in the league, having won three matches, lost a match and ended three matches with a draw.

On the other hand, Petrojet is sixth in the table with 10 points after winning two games, losing only one game and ending four games with a draw.

Zamalek enters the match without their main goalkeeper Ahmed Al-Shennawi, who is out due to injury. Mahmoud Gensh is expected to start the game.

Zamalek coach Nebojša Jovović succeeded in breaking their recent mediocre performance. The team recently had two draws and a loss in three games, with a 3-0 victory over Wadi Degla in the previous round.

Jovović hopes to continue the team’s decent performance and build up the team’s confidence to reach the top four.

Petrojet coach Mohamed Youssef, who was in charge from the beginning of the season, hopes to get at least a draw from the White Knights.

Zamalek played 23 games against Petrojet. They won twelve games and drew in five while Petrojet won five games.
