Israel boycott offices add German, Cypriot companies to ban list

CAIRO – 25 October 2017: Assistant Foreign Minister for European Affairs Ihab Talaat received Wednesday Egyptian national football team coach Héctor Cúper.

The meeting came to discuss preparations for the national team to participate in the 2018 FIFA World Cup, due to be hosted by Russia, as Talaat will travel there soon to assume his new post as the Egyptian ambassador extraordinary in Moscow.

Talaat congratulated Cúper on qualifying for the world championship, and agreed on maintaining contacts with him to overcome any obstacles that may face the national team with regard to traveling or accommodation.
