CAIRO – 25 October 2017: At 34 years old, Yaya Touré is in the final stages of his sports career. The Ivorian is playing a minor role in his second season under Pep Guardiola in Manchester City.

After renewing last summer for another year, the midfielder could be playing his last season with Manchester City club.

Shuffling all the options in the next step in his career, it is possible that his future is not far from the City.

According to the English Daily Star, Yaya Touré would leave Manchester City at the end of the season, but to stay in the City Football Group.

His destiny could be in New York City. They are a team owned by the same Emirati business group and where he would fill the role of Andrea Pirlo, who will retire this season.
Touré would be seen in the club, reports the same media, as a good replacement for Pirlo in the squad of the American club.

There he would share a dressing room with ex-Barcelona player David Villa, a star of New Yorkers and the best MLS player this season.
