CAIRO – 22 September 2017: Roma, Juventus, Milan and Naploli consolidated their candidacies in the fight for the Italian League (Scudetto).

The capital giants, Roma thrashed newly promoted Benevento 0-4, thanks to Edin Dzeko double and two own goals by Benevento players, Fabio Lucioni and Lorenzo Venuti.

In Torino, Juventus managed to beat Fiorentina 1-0 thanks to Mario Mandzukic header at 53th minute. This victory helped Juventus to keep their amazing run and share the top of the league with Napoli.

In Lazio - Naploli clash, Maurizio Sarri, Napoli`s coach, managed to reverse the 1-0 that the Lazio team signed by Stefan De Vrij in the first half-hour of the match.

Perhaps the talk of Maurizio Sarri in the dressing room was most encouraging, because in just five minutes José Callejón, Kalidou Koulibaly and Dries Mertens scored three goals and Jorge Luiz known as Jorginho scored a late penalty so that the marker finished with 1-4.

Thanks to this comeback, the Neapolitans are placed leaders of the Serie A, with the same points with Juventus.

AC Milan managed to win 2-0 at Spal, both goals came from penalty; Ricardo Rodríguez took the lead in the first half and Franck Kessie scored the second one in the second half.
