CAIRO - 15 September 2017: Real Madrid announced on Thursday that the club reached an agreement with their Spanish midfielder, Francisco Alarcon “Isco” to renew his contract with the club until 2022.
Isco, 25, joined Real Madrid in 2013 from the Spanish club Malaga. Since then he established himself as one of Real Madrid’s regular players.
Isco, born in Malaga, is a Valencia academy product. He played for the first team for one year in 2010 before joining his hometown club where he attracted the attention of big European clubs. In the end he decided to join Real Madrid.
Isco is one of Real Madrid’s stars who dominated European football in recent years. Isco won three Champions League titles, two FIFA Club World Cup titles, three European Super Cup titles and a Spanish League title in 2017.
Isco scored 34 goals with Real Madrid since joining the club. He also provided 29 assists for his teammates according to Realmadrid.com.
