7 September 2017: La Liga President, Javier Tebas continued his campaign against PSG on Thursday, Tebas claimed that PSG are manipulating with UEFA rules.
“UEFA have created the financial fair play rules and we think these rules have been infringed, at least we need to open up a file, this needs to be investigated" Tebas spoke during Soccerex convention in Manchester.
Tebas attacked PSG policy in the transfer market last week; he also praised UEFA decision to investigate PSG transfers on Monday.
Tebas added “We caught them [PSG] pissing in the swimming pool, Neymar's gone on the diving board and now he's peed from it; they are laughing at the system.”
PSG, owned by Qatari businessman Nasser Al Khelaifi, made the highest two transfers in the football history this summer when they signed Neymar Jr da Silva from Barcelona for €220 million and they also signed Kylian Mbappe from Monaco for €180 million.
