Al-Ahly Board mulling resignation options

CAIRO-7 September2017: Informally, the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club Board of Directors discuss writing their resignation to the Ministry of Sports and Youth on Thursday in rejection of the Olympic Committee refusal of the club’s own list of the upcoming period.

One of Al-Ahly directors has suggested in a phone conversation with the other directors writing a collective resignaion refusing the Olympic Committee action of signing “the guided list” of the and not approving the club’s own list.

On the other hand, another director suggested that it is better to challenge the committee decision by law rather than resignation.

The Olympic committee decision which was issued yesterday by the committee head manager Hesham Hatab refused to recognize the list of 14,000 votes.
