Khaled Abdel Aziz congratulates youth handball

CAIRO – 15 August 2017 – Minister of youth and sports, Khaled Abdul Aziz congratulated Egypt's youth handball team after qualifying for round 16 world championships held in Georgia. The championship runs until 20 August.

Abdul Aziz Ali praised the heroic performance of Egypt in the Men’s Youth World Championship. They had a big victory against Bahrain with 37-25 in the fixtures of the fourth round of the group stage. There was another victory over Norway 30-22 in the fifth round of the World Championship.

Egypt qualified for Round 16 after occupying the second place in group A with seven points. Finally, Egypt will face the national team of Japan in the third position of group B.
