Egypt’s women in the final of the Arab Championship

CAIRO – 10 August 2017 – The national women's basketball team qualified for the final of the Arab Championship on Wednesday evening.

Egypt's women beat the Iraqi women’s national team on Wednesday with a huge difference in result (110-61) in the semi-final of the Arab Championship held at hall 3 of the covered halls complex of the Cairo International Stadium from August 5 to 10, Egypt will face Tunisia in the final on Thursday at 7 p.m. Cairo local time.

Egypt had qualified for the semi-finals after defeating Iraq in the first round with a score of 114-51, then beating Tunisia in the second round with a score of 65-60 and defeating Jordan with a score of 97-53 in the third round.
