Zamalek announces the squad list for the training camp

CAIRO – 5 August 2017: The head coach of Zamalek SC announced the list of the players in the training camp for Saturday in preparation for AL Masry match.

Zamalek will face Al Masry in the semifinal of the Egyptian cup on Tuesday at 8 p.m at Borg Al Arab Stadium. The winner of this match will face the winner of the semifinal match between Al Ahly and Smouha SC.

Zamalek fans are putting their hopes on the Egyptian Cup. It is the last championship of the season for Zamalek to compete in. The team came third in the Egyptian premier league and left the African Champions League in the round of 16.

The list witnessed 21 players led by Zamalek captain Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala and is as followed:

Goalkeepers: Ahmed Al Shenawy, Mahmoud Abdel Rehem Genesh and Omar Salah.

Defenders: Osama Ibrahim, Hosny Fathy, Ali Gabr, Mohamed Magdy, Mahmoud Hamdy, Shawqy Al Said and Ahmed Abo Al Fotoh.

Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Ibrahim Salah, Ahmed Tawfiq, Maarouf Youssef, Mahmoud Abdel Aty, Ayman Hefny, Mohamed Mosaad, Ahmed Refaat and Shikabala.
Strikers: Hossam Salama, Bassem Morsy.
