Things to do with the price of one Neymar

CAIRO – 4 August 2017: Two hundred twenty two million Euro ($261 million) is how much French club Paris Saint Germain FC is set to pay Spanish club FC Barcelona for Brazilian striker Neymar.

There are many things that can be done for the price of the Brazilian football player.

Egypt Today’s sports team calculated some things that equal the value of Neymar.

There are 20 clubs in the Egyptian Premier League. Neymar's price would allow investors to buy all the Egyptian clubs with €100.6m. Wadi Degla could be bought for €6.08m, €20.58 will buy the entire Al Ahly club, and €19.55m for the Zamalek SC squad.

We can add Masr El Makasa for €5.40m, Masry Port Said for €4.88m, El Mokawloon Al Arab for €4.30m, El Dakhlia SC for €3.25m, Tala’ea El Gaish for €4.13m, El Entag El Harby for €4.45m, Enppi club with a squad of 27 for €4.18m, and El Sharkia Lel Dokhan for €575,000. The Tanta football club could also be bought for €3.73m and El Nasr Lel Tadeen football club for €1.65m.

We could also add the three-time winners of the Egyptian Premier League, Ismaily SC, to the list for €7.75m, along with Petrojet FC for €3.98m, Smouha SC for €7m, and Ittehad Alexandria for €3.29m.

Also, with the $261m for Neymar we could rent Cairo International Stadium. It could be rented 7729 times. Eleven talented players could be purchased to build a professional squad as well. They could protect the goal with Juventus goalkeeper Ginaluigi Buffon for €2m, the left back with Real Madrid left winger Marcelo Vieira for €38m, and for a really strong centre back, buy the Paris Saint Germain player Thiago Silva for €12m. We could add Chelsea player David Luis for €30m, along with Paris Saint Germain right back player Dani Alves for €6m.

Moving to midfielders, Liverpool’s Egyptian player, Mohamed Salah, could be bought for €32,90m, Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure for €12m, Chelsea player Ces Fabregas for €35m, and Manchester City attacking midfielder David Josue Jimenez Silva for €30m.

Swedish professional footballer Zalatan ibrahimovic could be purchased for €10M and Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford for €15.30M. He will provide an amazing strong center forward.

Finally, the Neymar’s cost could purchase two Bill Gates’ mansions, with some change left over. It took the co-founder of Microsoft seven years to build his mansion, which was valued at $125.5m in 2014.
