Liverpool to face Atletico Madrid in Audi Cup final

CAIRO –3 August 2017: Liverpool and Atletico Madrid will go head to head on August 1 in the final of the friendly pre-season Audi Cup tournament that is held from August 1 to August 2.

Liverpool will face Atletico Madrid in the final of the tournament, after both teams managed to win their first match in the tournament. Liverpool managed to win against European giants Bayern Munich with a 3-0 victory, while Atletico Madrid will enter the final after beating Napoli with a 2-1 score.

On the other hand, Bayern Munich and Napoli will face each other in the deciding match for the third and fourth position. Both teams will be looking to gain their first victory in the tournament after losing on August 1.

It is worth mentioning that Egyptian international winger Mohamed Salah managed to score Liverpool’s second goal against Bayern Munich on August 1 in Liverpool’s first match of the Audi Cup in Germany.
