CAIRO - 2 August 2017: Zinedine Zidane, Real Madrid manager looks like a German because of the hard work he asks the players for at training sessions, Toni Kroos told reporters on Wednesday.
“We are all working very hard, especially during the first few weeks of pre-season. Zidane sometimes seems German due to the work that he has done with us, He has made it clear that he always wants the hard work in training to be replicated in games," Kroos spoke to reporters during pre-season in USA.
Zidane has been coaching Real Madrid since 2016, he won two consecutive Champions League in 2016 and 2017, he also won the Spanish League in 2017.
Kroos, 27 years, revealed his opinion about football progression in USA, he said “This league [MLS] is one that is improving a lot. There are big cities, big teams and the players enjoy it here. It isn't at the level of LaLiga or the Bundesliga but it is getting better all the time."
