Farida Osman – Egyptian Streets
CAIRO – 29 July 2017: Farida Osman continues her outstanding performances on July 29 in the 2017 FINAL World Championships.
Farida Osman managed to reach the semi-finals of the 50 meters freestyle race after coming in ninth place finishing the race in 24 seconds and 78 part of a second. With this time, Farida set a new African record finishing the race in the shortest time possible.
The talented Swedish swimmer Sarah Sjostrom came in first place after finishing the race in 24 seconds and 8 part of a second.
It is worth mentioning that Farida Osman managed to reach the final on July 28 for the women’s 50m butterfly race for the third consecutive time coming in 8th place in the semi-finals of the 50 meters butterfly race. She is expected to enter the final of the 50 meters butterfly race on Saturday night.
