ALEXANDRIA - 24 July 2017: Tunisia's Esperance have achieved a 1-0 tough victory on Iraq's Naft Al Wasat in their group stage's match of the 12-team 2017 Arab Club Championship, currently hosted by Egypt.

The game was played Monday at Borg el Arab Stadium for
Group C that also gathers Sudan's Al Merrikh and Saudi Al Hilal.

Upon the result, Esperance collected their fist three points, while Naft Al Wasat remain pointless.


Three groups of four teams are competing to qualify for the semi-finals, with the winners of each pool progressing along with the best performing second-placed side
