CAIRO, 2024 July 23: Al-Ahly continued their victories after achieving an important 1-0 win over Pyramids during the match that brought them together on Monday evening, at the Air Defense Stadium, in the 31st round of the Egyptian League competition.
Al-Ahly’s goal was scored by Wissam Abu Ali in the 28th minute after he received a wonderful pass from Emam Ashour.
Al-Ahly’s points raised to 66, remaining in the second place and pushing Pyramids who is in the first place with 68 points.
Al-Ahly played 26 matches, winning 21 matches, drawing 3 matches, and losing two matches. The Reds scored 60 goals and conceded 23.
Pyramids played 29 matches, achieving 21 wins and a draw in 5 matches, losing three matches, scoring 51 goals and conceding 21 goals.
