Arsenal Themed Wedding - Goal
CAIRO – 20 July 2017: Arsenal’s hardcore supporter, Kaltrim Agushaj from Kosovo, married Edisona Agushaj earlier this week in an Arsenal-themed wedding.
The wedding saw Kaltrim wearing Arsenal’s shirt and singing for Arsenal with his wife being completely amazed.
The news of the Arsenal-themed wedding went viral and Goal reached Kaltrim on July 17 to talk about the idea of having an Arsenal-themed wedding and his wife’s reaction to it.
Speaking to Goal, Kaltrim said, “it was a surprise for all of them, but I’m glad because everyone was delighted in the end. I have been an Arsenal fan for 17 years, since 2000. Without Arsenal my life hasn’t got any meaning.”
He added to Goal, “The reaction was a little odd because [my wife] did not expect it. She was surprised because it was a special day for her and for us! It was our wedding day, and this is a surprise present from our Arsenal fan friends that we invited to our wedding. She agreed and was happy in the end.”
Many people say that football isn’t just a sport that is played for 90 minutes, it is far more than that. Kaltrim’s wedding was an example of taking football to another level.
