CAIRO-9 November 2023: Egypt national team manager, Rui Vitória, has named a 25-man squad for the November international window as Egypt commences the 2026 FIFA World Cup African qualifiers.
The Pharaohs were drawn in Group A alongside Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Djibouti and Ethiopia with the team winning the top spot of the group will be booking a direct ticket to the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Vitória's men will start their journey in the qualifiers at home on 16 November against Djibouti and they will travel to Liberia to face Sierra Leone on 19 November.
The Pharaohs aim to book their place in the first 48-team edition of the prestigious competition after failing to qualify to the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
