Al Wahda FC arrives in Egypt for the Arab Championship

CAIRO –17 July 2017:United Arab Emirates team Al Wahda FC will arrive in Egypt on Monday to set up a short camp in preparation for the Arab Club Championship, which will be hosted by Egypt from July 22 to August 6.

Al Wahda’s delegation coming to Egypt will include 22 players to participate in the tournament, while the team will miss eight players, most notably Ismail Matar and Tariq Al-Khadim. Al Wahda is losing the services of the olympic team players, who are currently involved in the Asian qualifiers for the Olympic Asian Cup of Nations in China.

Al Wahda will play in group A, which includes Egyptian team Al Ahly, Algerian team Nasr Athletic Hussein Dey and Al Faisaly Amman of Jordan.
