Formula 1 arrives in London

CAIRO – 13 July2017: The streets of London are packed with Formula1 fans trying to catch a glimpse of the super stars of this sport. Only Lewis Hamilton is missing from this live event in the capital, London.

According to Daily Mail, against the orders of the Mercedes team, Hamilton has decided to not show for the Trafalgar Square event in London. Despite it being the first time for all ten teams to be together in one place.

His absence, however, did not dampen the spirits of thousands of fans who came to witness the preparations for the British Grand Prix in London.

Sebastian Vettel, Hamilton's rival for the championship, did attend the event and drove by Whitehall and through Trafalgar Square. In fact, all ten teams are showing their vehicles in the capital in what has become quite the spectacle for the fans of the sport.

Vettel and other Formula 1 drivers, took their cars for high speed spins and performed fantastic maneuvers at incredible speeds, displaying their skills and their cars performance, much to their fans pleasure.

Despite the fact that Hamilton told his fans that he would be absent, his decision still hints at some underlying tension between him and the Mercedes team.
