CAIRO – 13 July2017: Mark Hughes, Stoke City’s manager, spoke to the Stoke Sentinel website on July 12 about Egyptian international soccer player Ramadan Sobhy’s play time next season.

Hughes told Stoke Sentinel about how he plans to use Ramadan Sobhy for next season and about Sobhy’s outstanding talent.

Hughes told Stoke Sentinel, "Ramadan had a breakthrough season and he's very much in my thoughts. He will get more game time, clearly, because his talent deserves that.

But we're trying to get better year on year, and you want to keep your best players to do that."

Hughes also told Sentinel about his opinion on whether Marko Arnautovic should stay or leave.

Hughes concluded saying, “My view is that Arnie would be best served staying with Stoke and understanding what he's got here and what we offer him here to allow him to be successful. Maybe he won't quite replicate that elsewhere.”

Stoke City FC started their pre-season camp on Sunday July 9 in Switzerland.
