CAIRO – 9 July 2017: Zamalek SC will play against Libyan team Al-Ahli Tripoli in the last match of the CAF Champions League group stages at Alexandria’s Borg El-Arab Stadium on July 9 at 9 p.m. Egyptian Standard Time.

Augusto Inacio, Zamalek’s coach, needs only to aim for three points in order to have a high chance to qualify for the next round.

Zamalek is expected to enter the match with a 4-3-3 formation as follows:

Goalkeeper: Ahmed El-Shennawy

Defenders: Hosny Fathy (Right Back), Ali Gabr and Mahmoud Hamdi El Wensh (two center backs), Mohamed Nassef (Left Back)

Midfielders: Mahmoud Dunga (Right), Ahmed Tawfik (Middle), Moruf Youssef (Left)

Attacking players: Shikabala (Right), Bassem Morsi (Middle), Ayman Hefny (Left)
Stanley Ohawuchi caught a cold, which could prevent him in being a starting player for Zamalek.

Zamalek’s group standing in the CAF Champions League are as follows: Al-Ahli Tripoli is in first place with 8 points, Algerian team USM Alger in second with 8 points, CAPS United from Zimbabwe in third with 6 points, followed by Zamalek in last with 5 points.
