Hisham Talaat Moustafa maintains title of Egypt’s best real estate developer

The projects developed by the Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) continue to reinforce the company’s leadership as the best real estate developer in Egypt.

 

 

Expectations indicate that the company, under its CEO and Managing Director Hisham Talaat Moustafa, will continue the first place rating this year.

 

Hisham Talaat Moustafa, the developer behind Madinaty and Al Rehab, won the Best Real Estate Developer Award last year, with TMG also winning an award at the Egypt’s Best Summit celebration.

 

Minister of Public Enterprise Sector Hisham Tawfik presented the awards on behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.

 

The shield of honour was received by Omar Abdel Rahman, Head of Marketing at TMG, during the Egypt's Best Summit, which was held to support investors and businessmen. The Summit also aims to encourage these two segments to increase their investments in the Egyptian market.

 

TMG, the most famous real estate developer in Egypt was chosen as the country's best real estate developer based on criteria that included analysing the company's performance as listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX); according to rates of return; net profits; and market value. TMG is the largest company on the EGX’s real estate sector index in terms of market capital.
