CAIRO, Aug 18 (MENA) – More than 100,000 tourists have visited Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada since the return of tourism movement in July after a three-month lockdown because of the coronavirus epidemic.
The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said in a statement on Tuesday that the tourists were from Ukraine, Switzerland, Belarus, Hungary and Serbia.
The tourists returned home after completing their tour programs and enjoying Egypt’s nice weather and charming beaches amid the adoption of strict precautionary measures to protect health and lives of Egyptians and visitors.
