Civil aviation min. follows preventive measures at Cairo airport

CAIRO, March 3 (MENA) - Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Manar inspected on Tuesday quarantine offices erected at Cairo International Airport to follow up medical examinations conducted on incoming passengers.

During his inspection tour, Manar met with the quarantine crews and checked upon the preventive measures taken by the Ministry of Health at Cairo Airport, said a statement by the Civil Aviation Ministry.

Since the new coronavirus outbreak, the ministry's main priority was to raise preventive awareness among its employees and its affiliated companies, the statement quoted the minister as saying.
