Every year the tourism review website tripadvisor.com polls its users to compile the Travelers’ Choice awards. Egypt once again had a strong showing in the region, with five properties in the top 10 Best Hotels in the Middle East.

4. The Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt

7. Steigenberger Makadi Hotel, Makadi Bay, Egypt
8. Dar Al Masyaf at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
9. Mina A’ Salam at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE
10. Pineland Hotel and Health Resort, Deir El Harf, Lebanon
The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada ranked number 13, Giza’s Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence ranked number 20, and Maritim Jolie Ville Kings Island Luxor came in at number 24.
TripAdvisor is the largest travel community in the world, with 50 million unique visitors each month and over 60 million reviews and opinions posted online.
