EgyptAir plays vital role in China: ambassador

CAIRO, Dec 20 (MENA) - Egyptian Ambassador in Beijing Mohamed El Badry hailed the vital role played by EgyptAir in China, saying the national carrier's flights have helped boost tourism between the two countries for 16 years.

Badry's remarks came on Friday on the sidelines of a celebration in honor of EgyptAir, the Foreign Ministry said.

The event was attended by officials of the flag carrier, its agents and Chinese media.
