Cairo, Egypt - 24 September 2019 – Hilton Zamalek has been recognized by Cristal International Standards and received three certificates as follows:

1- Food Check – HACCP Food Safety Risk Management System.
2- Aqua Check – Legionella Control Risk Management Principles in Water System .
3- Pool Check – Pool Safety Risk Management System

Those certificates have been earned as a result of the team hard work they have been able to manage the system on daily basis to provide significant reduction of risk from food related illness, legionella and swimming pool related illness or injury.
