Takes only 10 minutes to make.
2 avocados
600 g shelled boiled prawns
1/2 cup coarsely shopped walnuts
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp each cream and ketchup
Halve avocados. Spoon out pulp and dice.
Place diced avocados in a bowl and mix in prawns, walnuts, mayonnaise, cream and ketchup.
Use mixture to fill avocado halves and chill before serving.
