Cairo, April 22, 2019: realme Egypt will be launching the most powerful phone in this budget segment today, realme 3. The stylish device is powered by the AI master MediaTeK Helio P60 processor and comes with a 4230 mAh battery, giving you the longest battery life in this segment. realme 3 is equipped with an upgraded 13MP + 2MP dual rear camera with Nightscape and Chroma Boost mode, which are the first in this category, with 6.2-inch dewdrop full screen and triple SIM slots expandable up to 256GB.

realme 3 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM will go on sale on Jumia on April 27 for 2490EGP and in stores for 2690EGP beginning of May. The 3GB RAM + 64GB ROM will be available for 3090EGP and will be available in stores during May. As for the 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM version, it will be only be exclusively available for online sales on 6th May, 2019 for 3190EGP onwards.

Speaking at the launch event, Andro Nabil, Marketing Communication & Public Relations Manager at realme Egypt stated, “We have successfully sold over 35,000 devices in the past 2 months. Since realme launch in January, we have become one of the most searched smartphone brands on Jumia. Our phones are now available in over 1,500 retail stores across 20 governorates.”



Nabil added that realme Egypt launched their own call center to provide the best service to its customers around the clock to ensuring one the best after-sales services.

3D Unibody Design with Gradient Colours

In order to achieve a singular and seamless product experience and a good hand feeling, realme 3 has adopted a 3D Gradient Unibody Design. It has set the highest standard among realme series in terms of hands-on and visual experience. Through the uni-body process, realme 3's back cover and mid-frame are formed in a whole piece, bringing you a seamless design and a complete sense of grip. realme 3 comes in two colors Dynamic Black and Radiant Blue.

The device comes with a dual rear camera, a combination of a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera with the primary camera's single pixel size being 1.12um. The large f/1.8 aperture and 5P lenses combination are a big leap forward in resolution, tolerance, and colour presentation. The device also supports 90fps/720P slow-motion video-shooting to slow down the wonderful moments for more fun. realme 3 has upgraded to 13MP front cameras in 5P lenses combination, with the aperture enlarged to f/2.0, sensor size to 1/3 inches, and single pixel size to 1.12um. Nightscape mode

Based on upgraded hardware configurations and better imaging quality, realme 3 is the first to introduce the Nightscape mode into this price range. With the aid of AI, multi-frame synergy and the anti-shake algorithm, the Nightscape mode significantly improves the imaging quality in dim light.
